Privacy policy

What we collect
- Email address — to send sign-in codes. Never shown publicly.
- Display name — shown next to your contributions.
- Contributions — reports, reviews, notes, and photos you submit.
- Search location — used only to answer a search while you search. We don’t track you in the background, keep movement history, or record precise search coordinates in our logs.
What we don’t do
- No advertising identifiers, no selling or sharing data for ads, no background location.
Photos
We remove location and camera metadata from photos and re-encode them. Original uploads are never published.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or request deletion here. Login is disabled and your email, display name, reviews, notes, photos, helpful votes, and blocks are removed immediately; the remaining account record is purged within 30 days. Drink availability reports are kept without your name (only your latest report per drink and format at each place). Details are on the account deletion page.
Your data
You can download everything you've contributed as a JSON file in the app (Profile → Download my data).
